My name is Nicolasa Bonetto and if you look at my profile, you’ll learn that I am an artist and a huge fan of that fabulous virtual world we share. It was only natural that I recognize the creative link between my own business, NiBeau Concepts, and the exciting applications for Second Life members. Here’s why.

 

Loom Creations takes you from an uploaded rl or sl photo image to a beautiful loom woven wall tapestry, pillow sham or decorative cushion for your Second Life home. We also convert your images to textures you can apply to your clothing. Your image is given that loom woven look, applied to your product prim and put into your inventory. As the owner, you can modify color and size, give to your friends or share with your group. If you’re a Second Life fashion designer, your possibilities are boundless.

 

To get started, go to our website Store to see our line of products and You Design for creative ideas for texture applications.. Do not use the Shopping Cart for SL virtual shopping. Click back here to Second Life, fill out the form and attach your photo. Item sizes are obviously of no importance as you can modify within SL.

 

What does it cost? Our fee for cropping, enhancing, adapting to the prim object of your choice and transferring to your inventory is L$450 which includes the photo upload charge if you’re using an SL image.

 

The poncho and tote bag are currently being designed and will be available very shortly.

 

Your choice of product for Second Life use is the same as the real life items we offer. You can select the border color you prefer. Also worth mentioning, there is no item that exceeds one prim except for the tote bag (to come) which is a worn item and not counted as a household content prim.

 

The throw blanket with fringe is flat and great for wall hanging, table top, bed cover, and even carpeting.

The pillows and cushions are softly rounded, a great decorative touch for your sofa, armchair or bed.

The wall hanging is without fringe or café rods.

 

When you receive your woven product in your inventory, we also include easy-to-follow instructions on how you can modify your piece, i.e. make it smaller or larger and place it where you wish.
